Quick Start Guide

Step 1: Sign In

Visit tinyland.ai and sign in with your Google account. It's quick and secure.

Step 2: Explore Characters (Optional)

Browse the home page to discover characters created by the community. Click any character card to view details, or click "Start Chat" to begin a conversation.

• Search: Use the search bar to find specific characters
• Filter: Toggle SFW/NSFW filters based on your preference
• Sort: Sort by Trending, Most Chats, or Newest

Step 3: Create Your First Character

1. Click "Create Character" in the navigation
2. Fill in the basics:
   • Name: Your character's name (e.g., "Luna")
   • Title: Short tagline (e.g., "Friendly AI assistant")
   • Description: 2-3 sentences describing the character
3. Write a Definition: Describe personality traits, background, speaking style
4. Create a Greeting: The first message your character will send
5. Upload an Avatar (optional but recommended)
6. Add Tags to help others discover your character
7. Set visibility to Public or Private
8. Click "Create"

Step 4: Start Chatting

Once your character is created:

1. You'll be redirected to the character page
2. Click "Start Chat"
3. The character will greet you with their greeting message
4. Type your response and press Enter or click Send
5. Enjoy natural AI-powered conversation!

Chat Features

• Swipe: If the character has multiple greetings or responses, use arrow buttons to swipe between them
• Regenerate: Click the regenerate button to get a different response
• Edit: Edit your or the character's messages
• Rate: Thumbs up/down to rate responses

Using Your Own API Key (Optional)

By default, you'll use our managed "Whale" model. To use other models:

1. Get an API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, or other providers
2. Go to Profile → Settings → API Keys
3. Add your API key for the desired provider
4. In chat settings, select your preferred model
